Bank workers climate forum

Bank Workers Climate Forum is a nonprofit network of employees at banks and financial institutions around the world working together to secure a climate-safe future for everyone. We believe that change starts from within, and are committed to doing what we can to ensure our employers and the banking sector as a whole aligns their business practices with a fair and habitable future.

We partner with community organizations and social justice groups to provide insider expertise on concrete, achievable steps that can be taken to improve the banking sector’s impact on climate change. We organize and empower workers at all levels of financial institutions to own the power they hold to make change. We do this through facilitating peer-to-peer connections, holding trainings on leadership development and issue education, identifying and recruiting bank workers to join and sign on to our mission, and raising public awareness about the role workers can play in shaping company policies.
