Bank Workers Climate Forum is a nonprofit network of employees at banks and financial institutions around the world working together to secure a climate-safe future for everyone. We are rooted in the belief that bank employees are best positioned to bring urgently needed change to the banking system. We are engaging workers at all levels across the financial sector and together developing strategies to move large banks to change their policies.
